Today, Canadian producer Elaquent released his debut Mello Music Group album Blessing In Disguise. The new album was recorded largely during a trip to Jamaica.

The slower, idyllic setting opened him up and inspired him to make the freest, most innovative record of his career. Slinking playful jazz textures to inverted boom-bap.
