Sun God – Slick Sh*t

Sun God debuts on SpitFireHipHop with his new ‘Slick Sh*t’ single.

Son of iconic rapper Ghostface Killah and member of 2nd Generation WU’s wide familial collective that furthers Wu-Tang’s legacy, Sun God has just released his solo track “Slick Shit.” Produced by Dock Street Records in-house producer Zeph, the song gets debuts today.

Spitting bars at a rapid pace over glistening synths and a pounding bass beat, Sun God takes the hip-hop foundation of his forefathers in Wu-Tang and forges a new direction that incorporates beats, rhymes and rhythm. “I’ve got my people with me / we gonna rock out / make me take your block down / have the family pop out,” he raps, creating enough fevered visceral energy to rattle literal and figurative cages.
