This past March, KendeR (1/2 of MiLKCRATE) was involved in a horrific fire that severely damaged his family home on Olive Avenue which destroyed the majority of his belongings. The song is a dope banger and tribute to the human spirit and will to survive. The song is included in this email.
The fire was a tragic loss to the community with 4 people (including 2 children) perishing in the blaze, and in the process taking KendeR’s home, belongings and studio with it.
They were left with literally the clothes on their backs and shoes on their feet. Everything has been pretty much lost.
While it has been a trying time and a long road back for him and his family we are happy to say they are currently doing much better as their home is being rebuilt and are slowly getting back on their feet.

It was decided to remix “My People (I Gotta Help My People)” from the “Frost Writtens EP” with the Good People as the concept and music fits the situation so perfectly.
