Connor Evans is back with yet another new single. Last month he released ‘Kodak’ and today he returns with ‘Hopes‘. On ‘Hopes’ is about an on again off again relationship he had. We won’t tell the entire story. Press play below and listen for yourself.
“I wrote this about a girl I was on and off with even when we both knew any real substance in the relationship had been dead for a very long time. We both had new situations and we both kept entertaining the melodrama of our interactions out of a desire to hold onto something familiar. We did this dance for a while but truth be told we both were aware of exactly what we were doing. “Hopes†is for the people who know better but still can’t shake the what if…”
