Stylz & Wells release their new ‘Vibes’ album.

After achieving significant success individually, they decided it was time to return to the foundation. Stylz (also known as rapper Styliztik Jones) and Wells (prod/rapper, J. Wells) have both had a hand in major hip-hop records the last several years.

Wells a multi-platinum GRAMMY nominated producer has produced for several of the biggest names in music including (Snoop Dogg, Rakim, Kurupt, Goodie Mob, Keyshia Cole, T.I., Too Short and many more) and Styliztk Jones (Stylz) began his career battle rapping on Sway & Tech’s The Wake Up Show alongside Mistah Fab, Kurupt, Will.I.Am and other renowned emcees and began recording and touring with Tha Alkaholiks at an early age and was featured on their Firewater album.  Recently Styliztik was featured on Ghostface Killahs’ album The Lost Tapes alongside Big Daddy Kane on “Done It Again.”

Vibes first single was “Product Of The Ghetto” which features the late great Nipsey Hussle and former TDE artist Rezee, who also was a recent victim of gun violence when he was murdered in his hometown neighboring city Watts, California. Today, with their new album available, Stylz & Wells also release a new single for “Black Is..” featuring Dead Prez.

“On this last day of “Black History” month our new album Vibes is out and we just uploaded a new track â€œBlack Is”. Styliztik Jones is always reading about history and everything in general, he’s so wise, he came up with this idea and it became sort of a black history theme song” J Wells commented.  “This record speaks on America’s history of prejudice, racism, police brutality, but also speaks on black integrity, black business, growth, and progress. Stic-Man dropped gems which was an honor. We been a fan of Dead Prez for years. I produced a couple of records on Stic’s Manhood album. Tay Walker is on the hook. Tay is a long time collaborator of Syd Tha Kyd and The Internet. Such a great artist and musician.”
