Just like other Grandmilly and Shozae works of the past this EP has a Nostalgic feel of early New York City Hip Hop while touching on the social issue of today, with Lines like “for the love of it, watching for undercovers shit, head above water strapped for when they kill them colored kids” on “Dont Laugh”. Milly has always professed to be one of the dopest lyricist in this underground rap scene since his days with Raider Klan Records. He has been voice of the youth in the aspect of speaking on what we all face today while mixing it with a style of music we all miss and love.
