PJ releases new music in preparation of a new EP.
R&B singer/songwriter PJ released her new feel-good song, “Gangster” via The Fader. The Pop/Rock/R&B sound on this cut is exactly the flawless hybrid that PJ embodies and that fans and critics alike have come to love.
The Atlantic Records artist had a huge breakout year in 2015, from writing songs for Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, R. Kelly, Meek Mill, Ty Dolla $ign and more, to collaborating with the likes of Lupe Fiasco and Hit Boy. Though she’s already seen success that many can only dream of, PJ isn’t getting comfortable, and states that one should “never settle for anything less than you want.†This theme runs throughout PJ’s uplifting and positive music, providing a truly rare and refreshing experience.
