Chris Orrick - Announces New Album & Releases 'Bottom Feeders' ft. Fashawn

When Detroit‘s Chris Orrick joined the Apollo Brown helmed group Ugly Heroes, he quickly established himself as the voice of blue collar America long before heartland voters were shocked to learn of middle America’s unrest. Orrick was described as a cross between Bukowski and Slug of Atmosphere. After signing with Mello Music Group he dropped his MMG solo debut in 2015 and then hit the road in Europe with Exile and Fashawn.

“No patience for liberations, reparations, a better nation / Truthfully it’s a struggle but I admit I’m accustomed to my condition, suffering from tradition” – Fashawn

Yesterday Chris Orrick announced his new album, Portraits. On the new single, Bottom Feeders, Chris is joined by west-coast hiphop luminaries Exile and Fashawn. Portraits is out everywhere on May 4th on Mello Music Group.

Pedigree of the Kennedys; bad luck and destiny See the peasantry seek hope in serenity find heaven in chemistry“  – Chris Orrick
