Iowa Emcee “Rebel Rodomez” put his latest album “Boston Ave” in stores on New Year’s day. Surrounding a lot of hype and a star-studded production phalanx, Rebel deliver’s a solid project, touching base on his street, neighborhood & up-bringing as he pays homage to “Boston Ave” on the self titled track 1 on the album.Â
Grabbing some help from producers P.A. Dre, Spazzout Beats, Selo Scorsese, Amp & E. Smitty, the album is a perfect blend of boombap and todays drumless production. With a special guest appearance from Griselda’s own “Benny The Butcher” on “Scare Noone” produced by E. Smitty, Rebel puts the stamp of approval on what looks to be his best most complete project to date.Â
In 2020 Rebel Rodomez looks to continue to break through the barriers of HipHop norm and also tour the midwest.Â
