Vandes Jackson is back with his new album, “Power.”
Vandes Jackson grew up in a world of diverse sounds. He is an American record producer, songwriter, and artist hailing from the culturally diverse city of Chicago, Illinois. Jackson began making music in a home studio attic on the south side of the city as a small child. He draws inspiration from artists and producers such as Timbaland, Zaytoven, Metro Boomin, Sean Combs, and Travis Scott.
With knowledge in classical percussion and jazz, and drumming in church since the age of eight, it wasn’t long before Vandes would expand into music production. By the age of 11, he had acquired his first AKAI MPC and was quickly introduced to sampling and sequencing.
Jackson aims to inspire as many people as possible through the positive vibes in his music. Press play on his latest project titled “Power.”
