Rising MC G.Fisher and up-and-coming super-Producer Kidd Called Quest have both been putting in major work on their own. With G.Fisher coming off his Sway In The Morning freestyle as well as a DJ Premier produced single in heavy rotation and Kidd Called Quest dropping “Put Your HeadPhones On Part 2” with guests including Termanology, Big Shug, Scotty ATL and more.
Now the two have decided to join forces and drop an E.P titled “BX-ROC” (Bronx-Rochester) with Fisher on the mic and Kidd Called Quest on the Beats. Today they release the first single called “Gangstas and Hustlers” a hard-hitting street banger with an updated golden era New York sound dedicated to the streets.
