J.Lately releases his new single titled ‘Alone’.

J.Lately teams up with producer Creature In The Woods to bring you their new track, ‘Alone‘. Over a funky bass line, Lately waxes poetics about the beauty of a relationship involving marijuana. The song is off their upcoming Nachos EP – a three track project exploring the simple pleasures of life, which is set to release on July 21st.

Lately and Creature met while playing on a middle school soccer team together in Sebastopol, CA, and have collaborated in the past, but it took Creature in the Woods moving to New York and establishing himself there for them to finally connect on a project together. The Nachos EP includes a sole feature from San Jose heavyweight Rey Resurreccion, who adds some extra flavor to the project on the song “Better”. With Creature providing bouncy melodic beats to carry Lately’s refreshing perspective, the two deliver a project palatable to everyone, just like a nice serving of nachos.
