MaZhe. has teamed up with producer Teddy Walton for a second time, as the two also worked together to create the track ‘Shit Talk’. Once again, the pairing of MaZhe and Teddy Walton brings out complexities in both MaZhe’s songwriting and Teddy’s production. Though MaZhe typically has a cheekily-conscious tone to his lyrics no matter what topic he goes after, MaZhe is especially conscious with each line here on ‘Cartoons‘, offering his views on social justice, the family and life around him growing up, and having a vision to chase your dream.
