Papoose pours his soul out on ‘Precious Jewel’ featuring Musiq SoulChild.

With the first single, “The Golden Child,” from Pap’s forthcoming Underrated (2-15-19) project, he and Remy shared their story of resiliency, as after numerous setbacks and complications along the way, Papoose and Remy Ma welcomed their new daughter AKA “The Golden Child” into the world on 12-14-18. With the second single, Pap linked up with DJ Premier to make history (again) with “Numerical Slaughter” which was premiered by Complex.

Today, Pap is back to release the third and last single, “Precious Jewel” featuring Musiq SoulChild before Underrated is released at midnight on 2-15-19.

“Precious Jewel” is an ode to Remy Ma & #BlackLove and a virtual lock to be included on Valentine’s Day playlists. “Sometimes I wished it was me locked instead of her/Swear to god I almost died the day they sentenced her.”

Papoose’s Underrated will be released on 2-15-19 via EMPIRE/Honorable Records. Underrated finds Pap re-connecting with a few familiar faces, as he rekindles his undeniable chemistry with DJ Premier, Statik Selektah, Ron Browz and his better half Remy Ma and also collaborating with Pete Rock, Casanova and Musiq Soulchild.
