Lil Joey make his SpitFireHipHop debut with “Candles Lit.”
Lil Joey is an exciting new artist out of Philly with a big sound, a story to tell, and a new single, “Candle’s Lit†out now. Joey had a tumultuous upbringing to say the least. Between growing up under a crowded roof in the Liddonfield Projects, facing housing insecurity, and at different times seeing his father and later his mother face incarceration.
Today, with a newborn baby girl and an EP on the way, Joey is in full court press mode. By his side, his mentor international Phamous Phrillz aka DJ No Phrillz – longtime Philadelphia DJ and creator of the ‘Philly Support Philly Movement.’ Together, Phrillz and Joey are working to put together an incredible project to bring us out of quarantine and into the summer.
