J.Lately returns with his new single “Detours” featuring Junk.
J.Lately (Northern California) and Junk (Vancouver, British Columbia) team up to go bar for bar on their new song ‘Detours’. This track is the third single from Lately‘s upcoming album Winnebago, which is due out in March.
The two emcees met in 2018 as opening acts on Locksmith’s 19-city Canadian tour, and the chemistry that they developed is clear on this record. Each artist lends their own individual style and flexes their oratorical prowess, while connecting over the ups and downs of the dream chasing experience.
As both emcees prepare themselves for a breakout year, it’s clear that even when things don’t go as planned, they’ll find a way to “make a lane out a detour.”
