Kydd Jones returns with his new single, “TV On.”
Kydd Jones starts his summer off with TV On, his new single produced by n TyOnDaTrack. The two frequent collaborators combine for a nostalgic and soulful track that evokes Kydd’s memories of growing up in his hometown of Austin, Texas. Jones says about the track: “The song is an open diary that paints the picture of what it was like at home with my family in the early 90s and 2000s and how we use those emotions to strive to make a way through music and other avenues.”
Kydd Jones is an Austin-born singer-songwriter/producer/emcee. He has worked with artists like Gary Clark Jr (Warner Brothers), Kirko Bangz (300/Atlantic) and Max Frost (Atlantic Records) and has performed at festivals like the Billboard Hot 100 Fest, Austin City Limits Music Festival, NXNE, the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival and more. Kydd’s next live performances will be at Kenny Dorham’s Backyard during Juneteenth as well as July 31st with the Round Rock Express at Dell Diamond.
