Atom and Mikey Mic, joined forces to become Ato-Mik aka @atomikbros an independent Hip-Hop brother duo. Bringing their own unique spin on hip-hop to you from North Vancouver, Canada. Music that’s aimed to raise vibrations while encouraging a positive mindset. Setting the vibe for any occasion, especially late night car rides and early morning gym sessions. Their music is diverse at nature, eclectic hip-hop derived from many different spectrums. Ranging from the smooth sounds of the West-Coast to the NYC roots.
Starting in 2016 Ato-Mik has been releasing music on all platforms and have become a rising force in the Vancouver and Canadian Hip-Hop scene. Releasing 2 E.P’s and multiple singles they have garnered over 1M+ plays/streams across all platforms. Performing around the Greater Vancouver and British Columbia at over 50+ shows. Opening up and sharing stages with the likes of Raekwon, WC, Ras Kass, The Beatnuts, Cozz, Quentin Miller, MadChild, Eazy Mac, Tre Nyce and others. They organized and hosted/headlined a fundraiser at The Second Floor Eatery raising awareness for music therapy. They hosted their own headlining shows at The Media Club, The Portside Pub and Studio Records. With 1,000,000+ streams, 5,000,000 views and 40,000 followers across platforms the bros continue to create meaningful music, growing their connection and reach daily.
Ato-Mik connects their heartfelt lyrics with Green Alderson’s instrumental he made for the bros. They stepped outside of their harder hitting hip-hop aura to tap into their pop/r&b side. Mikey adding melodic singing elements throughout the hook and Atom’s smooth sung delivery in the first verse while Mikey comes in the second verse with a fast paced rap flow. This is a love song tapping into both sides of love and heartbreak.
