Once Again Its On! Rochester Hip-Hop duo Young Black And Gifted has announced a new LP to drop next week. To drop on 1/5/24 Once Again Its On is available on Bandcamp now for pre-order. Those who pre-order will immediately get a digital download of recent single from the project “Day Ones.”

This will be the duo of emcee Azariah and producer Kidd Called Quest first new LP since 2020’s The Second Coming. Speaking on the new LP Kidd revealed it “made up of some tracks we’ve had in the tuck for a minute. It definitely has a very different feel than The Second Coming, which was more conscious. Everything came out more hard-hitting and rawer like our first album Long Time Coming (2013).”
In addition to their work in Young Black And Gifted, both artists have had a busy 2023 including Azariah and producer Laddie’s newest collaborative project, Phase III Blessed And Highly Favored. Kidd Called Quest has been releasing a string of singles for artists including Curtis Coke and Jae Hussle as well as an EP with St. Paul MN emcee Ken-C and a forthcoming project with Buffalo’s Pretty Bulli.
