New Orleans brass/hip-hop ensemble The Soul Rebels continue building momentum with their new album Poetry In Motion – which released October 25th via their imprint Rebelution Music Group, on Artistry Music/Mack Avenue Music Group. Today, the band received a big co-sign from renowned Hip-Hop DJ Ebro Darden, who will feature the groups infectious single “Good Time” featuring Big Freedia, Denisia and Passport P as his Discovered track on Apple Music. Poetry In Motion is stacked with features including Big Freedia, Robert Glasper, Matisyahu, Trombone Shorty, and 2020 Grammy nominated artists Tank of Tank and The Bangas (Best New Artist) and PJ Morton (Best R&B Album, Best Traditional R&B Performance, Best R&B Song). The album hit the charts with a vengeance, debuting at #1 Contemporary Jazz, #11 on Current Rap chart, #14 Current R&B/Hip-Hop Album chart, #6 on the Current R&B Albums chart, and #149 on the overall Current Top Albums chart.
