YelaWolf Launches European GC Tour

Artist, songwriter and entrepreneur YelaWolf launches the European leg of the Ghetto Cowboy Tour today in support of his latest and acclaimed album Ghetto Cowboy. Released this fall with his sold-out US tour, Wolf begins this trek with a pair of shows in Russia; visiting Moscow and St. Petersburg on February 27 and 28 respectively, before wrapping in London, UK on March 22. The run also includes stops in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Czech Republic, France and Netherlands, among others. (Complete list of European tour dates below)

In honor of the upcoming shows, Wolf also announced the launch of his “completely ridiculous and fun” augmented Instagram filter which turns his face tattoos and signature bandana into a user mask. To check it out fans can follow YelaWolf on Instagram and click the ‘Filter’ icon on his page or search ‘GHETTOCOWBOY.’ Wolf will be featuring fan posts on his Instagram page throughout the tour with the best performances of “Opie Taylor” while using the filter.

Ghetto Cowboy is YelaWolf’s sixth studio album and the first to drop on his own independent label Slumerican Records, an extension of his lifestyle and culture brand with retail headquarters based in Nashville, TN. The current single “Opie Taylor” is going strong at radio with heavy play across the country.

Ghetto Cowboy was the second album for Yelawolf in 2019, following up his critically-acclaimed Trunk Muzik 3 released through Shady Records last spring. He also made his cinematic debut last summer in the beloved award-winning movie, The Peanut Butter Falcon. Honored to play a role, he was cast by the director who wrote the role specifically with him in mind. Wolf also celebrated his distinctive multi-award-winning whiskey brand, Creek Water, which was named Consumers’ Choice, earning the Gold Medal Award and Innovation Award from the 2019 Sip Awards. Debuting in 2018, Creek Water is currently sold across the country.
