Tate Kobang returns with his new “Ain’t A Damn Thing Change” video.
On the heels of a successful SXSW trip performing at the Spotify, Pandora, and YouTube showcases, Tate Kobang teams up with fellow Baltimore native and Milkcrate founder & producer, Aaron LaCrate, shining a spotlight on their city’s musical roots with “Ain’t A Damn Thing Change.”
“Tate brings that Baltimore bounce to the track!” Aaron says. “Like I’ve been saying Tate’s gonna save us all.” When Tate first heard the sonic 808s and pumped up synth melody, he knew this would be the right fit as well, adding, “My idea for the flow came naturally. I just went in the booth and did my thing. I don’t have a traditional sound. I make all types of music. I can do it all. Don’t put me in a box.”
