Skizz ft. Roc Marciano & Conway – Bosses

Skizz returns with the visual for “Bosses” featuring Roc Marciano and Conway.

Over the last few years Skizz has been helping lay the groundwork for Your Old Droog (as his chief producer and touring DJ), while also producing for other notable artists (Sean Price, Masta Ace, Havoc, Roc Marciano among many) and launching his Different Worlds Music Group imprint.

Today, DJ Skizz released his second official producer album, Cruise Control, and he recruited a mix of veteran OG’s (Evidence, Roc Marciano, O.C., Planet Asia) as well as dope up-and-comers (Your Old Droog, Conway, Hus Kingpin) to provide a dope, original and cohesive project that will serve as the soundtrack to your summer’s BBQ’s.

Skizz’s frequent collaborator, Your Old Droog, previously set it off with the first leak, “Listen To Jazz,” from Cruise Control and XXL premiered the projects second single, “Bosses,” which features Roc Marciano and Conway (co-produced by Frank Dukes).  Today, Skizz unveils the animated visual for “Bosses,” via a premiere with Mass Appeal and also shares a full album stream for Cruise Control as well. Skizz spoke to Mass Appeal about the concept for the “Bosses” video “the video for “Bosses” was animated, directed, and produced by Orign of Futprnts Workshop and it is a sequel video to “Light Years” (which featured Roc Marciano, OC & AG) and “Godfather Part 3” from my debut project B.Q.E.  The intro to the is “El Dorado” which features Milano and Constantine and I felt adding that track to the intro of the video sets the mood perfectly.  Also, just to give fans a taste of what to come, I am also working with Milano and Marco Polo on an EP, The Road, which is slated for a fall release.”

Skizz’s Cruise Control is now available wherever fine music is sold via Different Worlds Music Group/Fatbeats.
