“I created the song because many guys just can’t accept when a woman is trying to be a better person,” Sturk said. “We get so mad when a woman isn’t returning our text yet we see her on Facebook talking about her job promotion. I feel like we should respect that, not hate it,” he continued. The video was shot in Sturk’s hometown Chickasha Oklahoma and directed by Jeffrey Jones.
