I wanted to offer words of guidance, concern, wisdom and reality. I made those words vivid enough not to need to rely on glitz and glamour. It’s just the artist and the audience.

This song is an honest observation on the condition of our hoods and our position in them. It would be a disservice to talk about the condition without diagnosing it and offering the antidote. This song is called, “Ain’t No Way” but it offers a ray of hope that THERE IS A WAY. There is always light present in darkness.
