Futuristic debuts on SpitFireHipHop with his new video for “Nudes”.
As we all enjoy this Labor Day holiday weekend, let’s take a moment to appreciate the work Arizona emcee Futuristic has been putting in. Futuristic has the perfect soundtrack for any holiday celebration you’ll be attending with his new LP, As Seen on the Internet (cop via iTunes). Using his completely DIY approach (read up on it in his recent Forbes feature), Futuristic’s latest indie release debuted at #4 on the iTunes charts. The album is laced with pure lyricism with guest features from Hopsin, Devvon Terrell, Karmin, and Goody Grace.
In support of the album’s release, Futuristic spent the last week dropping 7 official music videos off the LP for his ‘Web Week Takeover.’ Each video exploring a different topic and all of them starring various internet celebrities. There’s the playful and infectious modern day romance “Nudes” featuring Devvon Terrell, the lyrical onslaught and fan favorite “Mindcraft,” The Hopsin assisted banger “Scrollin,” the inspirational “The Time Is Now,” the twerk anthem “Do It,” the battle-rap inspired “Next Level,” and more. After their release last week, the videos have already totaled over 1.1 million views to date – watch them all below.
