Inglewood, CA representative Inglewood Pizzle says there’s “Something In The Water.” New video (and also the title track from his forthcoming EP) “Something In the Water” is that funk-da-fied west coast vibe with socially conscious bars. Speaking on the track Pizzle said “It’s a great intro to who I am and it’s me speaking on what I see going on in the world today (from George Floyd to Coronavirus).
The title came to me like when you see a bunch of great running backs coming out of Texas, it’s like there’s something in the water there. Here in Inglewood with all the dope emcees coming out of here it’s like we got something in the water too.”
