Production duo Agent Dan and Mr Mile aka “Pushing Buttons” finally teamed up, linked their MPCs, chopped stacks of records and pushed buttons to create some unique soundscapes. On “Tough Times,” Boston legend M-Dot connects with Massachusetts emcee Lateb and his EMS counterpart Kore for a dope Hip-Hop blend,all served on a bed of soulful production by Pushing Buttons with cuts by Hamburg’s DJ 12 Finger Dan. It’s a deep track about human relations, role models and bitter life lessons – but also about not giving up when times are tough. The video done in comic style art, depicts the respective emcees as superheroes, each on a mission to achieve their goals, no matter the circumstances.
