Featuring a mob of emcees, MOONDIRT is The Funk Junkie’s debut producer project designed to showcase a wide range of styles and abilities. Underground heroes including Casual of Hieroglyphics, Abstract Rude, Akrobatik, Raashan Ahmad, Scarub of Living Legends, and Blu throw it down with a blend of up-and-coming and established emcees over crunchy drums, psych inspired synths, and live saxophone shredding. With MOONDIRT, The Funk Junkie continues to expand his palette while searching for the perfect mixture of creative sampling, hardware synths, and live instrumentation.
