On the track, the Canadian talent links up with Baltimore rapper, producer, and Metro Boomin affiliate, Pyrex (Whippa) to deliver a slick end-of-summer jam. Following the streaming success of his latest releases like “come over” and “Ski Mask” (which landed on Spotify’s highly-acclaimed ‘tear drop’ playlist), the new heat cements the Canadian talent as a fiery newcomer to watch.
Produced by Evan Gartner and Mason Sacks, “Lights” features alluring guitar loops over hard hitting 808s and bass, both spotlighting 12AM’s signature melodic R&B sound.
