Producer Psych Major connects with Jamal Gasol, Wyze Wonda, DNTE and Toneyboi on new single titled “Peace Bridge.”
Today we get “Peace Bridge” a new track featuring Jamal Gasol, Wyze Wonda, DNTE and Toneyboi. The xylophone laced, dusty drum production shows nothing is sweet upstate as the emcees talk about their respective habitats. The track is named for the international gateway that links upstate NY to Canada, much like Psych Major’s production links these representatives from Niagara Falls (Jamal Gasol), Buffalo (Toneyboi) and Toronto (Wyze Wonda, DNTE).
The track (available digitally now) is the first new music from NYC emcee/producer Psych Major in several years, who had previously released music with his partner Dagha (Edan) under the moniker Noise Is The Trigger and a few loosie’s with Reef The Lost Cauze.
Speaking on “Peace Bridge” he said, “I was working on a producer album and have a number of tracks ready to release but rather than making a project and trying to fit disparate vibes together, I want to release one or two at a time for now and let them breathe on their own. Expect interesting team-up’s with each drop.”
