When Rome Streetz released the most ambitious Noise Kandy project in the series yet with Noise Kandy 5, which he released in September of 2023, he did so by announcing he was ending the revered series.
“Noise Kandy 5 is the final installment of the series” Rome stated at the time. “I have chosen to end the series here at 5, because that number signifies, power; and the series was made to display how dangerous I am with the pen. Were going out with a bang!” Now, Rome revisits Noise Kandy 5 with a remix for “Pocket Full Of Beans,” which also features Meechy Darko & Zombie Juice (AKA 2/3 of Flatbush Zombies). The “Pocket Full Of Beans” (Remix) is now available.
In their first ever collab, Rome, Meechy, and Zombie Juice collide for a grimy east-coast celebration of Brooklyn hip-hop. The grungy, alt-rock sampled instrumental is wavy and psychedelic, providing the perfect backdrop for Rome to trade some all-time rhymes with the Zombie crew members. The trap drums knock, with heavy 808’s buoying the double-time flows of the three emcees.
“Meech and Jewice are the homies, always wanted to do something with them and felt like this joint was perfect for them to just splash on.” Rome added.
