713 Day is a staple for Houston, as it is Houston’s first area code. Not only does it represent Houston, it represents Houston Legend and Original Screwed Up Click Member, Lil Keke. Former Houston Mayor, Annise Parker proclaimed July 13th as Lil Keke’s 713 Day in 2015 and current Houston Mayor, Sylvester Turner followed up the honor in 2019. In celebration of this year’s 713 Day, The Legend held an upscale social and book signing at James Harden’s Restaurant Thirteen for the release of his new book “LGND TLK: The Fastest Way To A Fresh Start”, a guide to starting your legendary walk in life.
