Royal Illness retunrs with the new visual for “BloodLetters.”
“BloodLetters” is Tte latest music video from Lexington, KY emcee and producer, Royal Illness. It is the third video from Royal Illness’ 2014 “SoundTrack To The War,Vol.2” release and was shot and edited by Royal Illness  himself. The songs’ title is borrowed from the book “BloodLetters & Badmen”  which is about the history of the “American Gangster” and at its core, pays homage to the often gruff and glorified mystique of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s “Black Gangster.”
Its piano-driven instrumental, also courtesy of Royal Illness is hypnotic and serves as a haunting backdrop to the gritty and rugged reality put on display by the lyricists on this Track.
